File tab goes back to Home tab when BE loses its focus

The title says it all :-)
 
File tab goes back to Home tab when BE loses its focus.
 
 
Go to the File tab, then click once your desktop or taskbar (whatever), then you can notice that the File tab automatically closes and BE displays the Home tab instead.
 
Don't you think the File tab should still be displayed until the user decides to click on the Home tab ?

Yes, I was already aware of this issue, and I tried to fix it, but it still happens. :P

This also occurs when you click on most of the buttons in the File tab.

We'll have to see what else can be done, because, in my opinion, it is really annoying...
